Gears Of War 4 beta code not received

Hello, I've been told by Xbox Support that this is where I needed to go to get my issue resolved.

I have a case number I was told to include: [Mod Removed]

My problem is that I have not received a code for the Gears of War 4 beta, even though I'm eligible for it. According to GearsOfWar.com (The game's official website), they've sent out all the codes, and anyone who didn't receive one but should have, should
contact Microsoft. Below is a link to said information

If you then follow the link about qualifying, http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/games/gears-of-war-4-beta , it says "f you played Gears of War: Ultimate
Edition on Xbox One or Windows 10 between August 25, 2015, and April 11, 2016, you’ll receive a code to play Gears of War 4 Versus Multiplayer Beta. " The code is supposed to be in a Message sent to my XBL Account, so I've checked my messages quite a few times,
and still have none.

You can then look at my Xbox profile () and see that I unlocked an achievement on the 4th of April, proving that I did in-fact play between the designated dates to qualify.

I don't mean to come across rude, I'm just trying to give as much information from my side as I possibly can, so my issue is resolved as fast as possible.

i have played the ultimate edition for a while and heard people who play it get a beta code for gears of war 4 beta But i have not received my beta code.

Just to clarify, did you not receive the code for the Gears of War 4 beta or for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition? If you did not receive a code for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition in the bundle box, you will need to reach out to the original purchase retailer
for further assistance. If you are referring to the Gears of War beta, those codes have not been sent out yet. Thanks in advance!

The Gears of War 4 beta is not a code included in the box. Instead, you should receive the code close to when the beta begins. We do not have any information to share as far as the timeline for the Gears of War 4 beta will be. Be sure to launch and play
some Gears of War: Ultimate Edition while connected to Xbox Live in the meantime!

I had preorder gears of war ultimate long before it came out and started playing it at midnight the night of realease, and my two friends has just receive there gears of war 4 beta codes and I haven't as yet

Sorry to hear you didn't receive you Gears of War 4 Beta code. If you still haven't received it you should still be able to play it, as Gears of War 4 is now open beta

Just search for it in the Xbox Store and you should have immediate access. If you're
still having trouble please create a new thread and let us know.

I received the gears of war 4 beta today but nothing else.
