Gears of war 4 achievements

I have completed the campaign multiple times collected all of the collectibles as well as all of the cogs it says in the game I have collected 50/50 yet I have not received the 3 achievements. (Twenty chapters, remember the fallen, and completist) I have
deleted my profile and downloaded it again I have reset my Xbox to factory and still nothing. Not to mention I completed these a year or more ago. Can’t figure out why they won’t show up the achievements all say a different percentage but the game shows otherwise.

I already did that and I can’t just restart because once you get all the collectibles and cigs they disappear and you can’t collect them again
