    Gears of War 4 achievements and war journal issue!


    Dear Support Team!

    I play Gears of War 4 since the release of the game. Since then the software can not follow my progress. My war journal and the achievements in the Xbox client are totally empty. I play on PC (Windows 10 naturally). I reinstalled the game once but it doesn't
    do the trick. What can I do?

    Every one was raging about this on the Gears Of War 3 forums on epics website yesterday. They're saying you need to get the medal again and your War Journal will fix its self.

    I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with Gears of War 3. I've got a few questions for you so we can understand what's going on:

    1. Are you referring to the online War Journal that let's you check your stats?
    2. Are you trying to reset your War Journal?
    3. Can you try to be as specific as possible about what you're trying to do and how you're trying to do it?

    I've been meaning to launch Gears of War 4. You can get a weapon skin if you've played and unlocked an achievement in every Gears of War game. I've beaten every Gears game. Great series.
