Gears of war 4 Achievement Unlock Fault

I have read some reports online about people have problems unlocking achievements on GOW4 , I have just had Excatly the same issue on campaign mode , me and my girlfriend completed the game in co-op on hardcore mode , she got 4x achievements at the credits
, for completing on (hardcore, co-op etc) where mine still remain locked , I went back though the in game progress and it says every chapter/act have been completed in co-op on hardcore , I really hope this issue can be sorted as it's the only reason I play
gears!!!

Help with achievements that should be unlocked but didn't unlock

I should of unlocked achievement for getting to level 50 in gears of war 4 but I didnt unlock for some reason.I am now level 51 and it still didnt unlock please help.

 

My achievements aren't unlocking. Please help.

I done Insane Solo And My Achievements (Learned the Hard Way) And (The
Night is Dark and Full of Terrors) will Not Unlock.
