Gears of War 4 $10 Gift Card/Rewards Points not received. Purchased on 10-10-16

I did not know until after speaking with 3 chat representatives between xbox and microsoft store support that being a rewards member would grant 10,000 Rewards points instead of getting a $10 Gift card as shown on the email order and invoice from Microsoft.
I was told points would go in either on the 15th or 30th and did not receive them on the 15th. I am a little upset with this as I was hoping to use the $10 to go toward the per-purchase of Titanfall 2 coming out on the 28th and now I will not be able to. Can
anyone help with getting a $10 gift code sent to me instead of the points or having the points automatically put in now? It's hard to believe I would now need to wait until the 30th to receive my points and spend on a different purchase that I am not expecting
to do.

10+10$ Store Gift Code Didnt Send To Me

I purchased two game on microsoftstore.com on 3 and 4 october. they are gears of war 4 download code+10$ store gift code. Store gift code is promotion near the gers of war 4 download code. So its free. In the mail you say " 10$ store gift code will send
you 10 business day after game released" but codes did not reach me. Today is 16.business day.

Pre-ordering the physical disc from microsoftstore.com would mean you are eligible for 15,000 credits instead of the $10 gift card. However, those credits are deposited 10-15 business days after the title launches. That would mean for the standard version
of Gears of War 4 you should expect the 15,000 reward pending in your account between October 24th and October 31st.

As a Xbox Live Rewards member, you receive 15,000 Rewards Credits instead of a $10 gift card. I see that these Credits are now pending in your account and should be deposited as a part of our end of month deposit cycle which should be occurring shortly.
Unfortunately, we cannot make a deposit earlier than these scheduled dates.

I Gears of War 4 digitally although the Xbox Live store 10/09/16 preordained. I have not yet received the codes for the Xbox 360 Gears of War Collection. I contacted customer support on 13/10/16 and was told to "wait 24 hours", I contacted customer support
again on 15/10/16 and was told to "wait 7-10 days. " now he has passed this period and I am waiting and not yet received anything
