Gears of War 4 1 or 2 copies for 1 account for Co-Op play?

So I just bought the family (wife & 4 kids) an Xbox One S for Christmas and got Gears of War 4 with it. I'm a pc gamer myself and really don't do consoles so I'm actually very excited for this Play Anywhere feature and am seriously hoping game makers will
make use of this as well as cross platform play this is a very, very good thing in my opinion.

Anyhow here's my question, I would like to play Gears of War 4 (and other such games as they come out) with my wife and or kids. Them on the Xbox and me on my pc co-op and/or vs whatever the game and the play anywhere feature allows. So can I use my pc
and the xbox to play these games together with my family? Can I do it with 1 copy or do I need 2 copies of the game? If I need 2 copies can they be linked to the same Windows account as the Xbox is setup with my Windows account which I use on my pc as well.

Games to get, picky players

If you like GTA you will want to check out Crackdown 1 and 2 along with Saints Row 2 and 3 for sure. They are open world sandbox games with FULL co-op campaigns. You do everything from beginning to end as co-op.

THere are a ton of great arcade games out there you could enjoy. They all have demos too. But if you want an arcade list, I can do that too.

 

Xbox Live Friends my age?

Hi I'm 36 looking for anyone playing Gears of War 1 or 2 for co-op campaign

 

nevermind I got it figured out...

 

Ok so I only got is partially figured out... so I was able to play with my wife (on xbox) and me (on my pc). She was logged into her profile and me logged into mine on my pc. But when I tried to do her and my son logged into their profiles on the xbox
and me on my pc it would only let 1 of them play and would kick the other. So is there a way to get them both to play together on the xbox together & me on my pc and join together for co-op or no?
