Gears of War 360 Collection

I want my codes. This is terribly unacceptable. I paid the deposit for the Limited Edition Console bundle in late August from EB Games. I paid the full ammount around the 4th and I redeemed the Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition code on the 6th, played the
game at roughly 3:30am on the 7th. Have made multiple posts about this on this forum another microsoft forum and the Gears of War Official site. I've now been told to post here and wait longer to receive what really shouud have come in the box seeing as I
paid $460 more then what those who bought physical copies of the game who received their codes in the case (total amount $599). I don't just want my codes anymore I want compensation for lost time, beingg lied to, been given the run around, having to chase
this up it's just not acceptable. Here I am wondering if I should contact the authorities over theft because thats really what this is.

Microsoft support team said I'd get a response within 24-48 hours it's now been nearly 3 days since I posted this. Honestly how did this even happen.

 

mate im the same i pre ordered the console aswell and i still havent recieved them. you would think we would be first on the list as we got the console edition.

 

I got the codes now but the gears of war 2 won't work for me it says it has been used already, any ideas?

 

20 days late I finally received all the codes. As expected the battle is not over as they ALL don't work. What the **** is wrong with this picture.

You didn't received them late you just didn't listen to the advice

As with everyone you must wait for your turn in the code waves

Be it a month or a week

As far as the codes goes

Your account region must reflect your actual region

This can be found at commerce.microsoft.com

If it doesn't you need to change it at my account and change my region to what ever region you actually live in

And then change your console region also to match

Also because you made multiple posts you missed the actual answeranswers provided
