Gears of War 360 Bundle codes

Purchased the game (and GOW console) October 6. Have the Gold membership. Have played online. But still no codes for the original Xbox 360 titles. How do we fix this?

Gears 4 promotion

I bought the gears 4 Xbox one s bundle, and redeemed gears 4 code in 7th of November but still didn't receive the gears 360 collection codes yet, is there an issue?

Have you checked to make sure you haven't already received them? Check Your Xbox Live Message Inbox for a conversation with 'Xbox Live' and let us know
if you see your codes there!

I have same issue. Bought the Xbox One S bundle with GoW4 1TB. I got the codes last night. Codes for Gears of War and Gears of War 3 didn't work.

If you purchase and redeem Gears of War 4 on Xbox One or Windows 10 between April 25, 2016, and December 31, 2016, or if you redeem a code for the game as part of a console bundle before December 31, 2016, you'll receive the following Xbox 360 backward-compatible
games:

Gears of War
Gears of War 2
Gears of War 3
Gears of War: Judgment

These codes are only playable on Xbox 360 or Xbox One.

Just to clarify, did you not receive the code for the Gears of War 4 beta or for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition? If you did not receive a code for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition in the bundle box, you will need to reach out to the original purchase retailer
for further assistance. If you are referring to the Gears of War beta, those codes have not been sent out yet. Thanks in advance!
