Gears of War 3 won't launch and I can't install

While not a good situation in and of itself, I am glad it isn't just me.

I did just check and it is fixed for me. See for yourselves I suppose.

I don't have Game Pass. It's still not working for me.

All of a sudden, I can't play Gears 3 on my Xbox One S or another Regular Xbox One in the house, regardless of the fact that I both own it digitally (since Judgement came out) and I have Games Pass.

I uninstalled it thinking "sure this should work", and I can't even re-install it through Game Pass. It constantly says you don't own the app and all that.

I even tried it with all the other 360 Gears games on GP, they work fine it seems, I can play them and install them.

Is anyone else having this issue, it has to be on Xbox's end and not my account surely, for the fact that even the Game Pass way isn't even working.

I first noticed this issue last night (Fri 3rd of july) and still today. Are you still having the same issue?

I have reported to support but no reply yet.

That is happening to me and my brother's account; and he has his own console. This is so frustating. I contacted both xbox and epic support, and no solution.

Having same issues till this day and this happened to me about a week or two ago. I bought my xbox with a gears of war bundle where it has all of them but judgement and now its saying i dont own number free and demanding i buy it even though i already
have it downloaded onto my system
