Date you bought the content: 11/30/2014

Purchased with points or credit card: Points

Specific issue you are having: I've purchased and downloaded on 11/30/2014, but just yesterday(12/05/14) i've tested.

After entering the main menu, the message poped-up the screen,telling to download the contents. but i was thinking to download these later. But since then i've never seen the message again.And i can't download the DLCs

I've already deleted the season pass,clear the cache and downloaded it again. PLease help!

Hello!

Please follow these steps to download your DLC.

From the Main Menu.

1. Go down to "XBOX LIVE MARKETPLACE", it's at the bottom of the list.

2. Go through the menu that pops up and choose the individual DLC packs that you want to download. (Packs that are included in the season pass will be free)

3. Enjoy! (You may have to restart the game after you download them for the DLC to take effect)

Here is a link to a support page that explains how to receive your DLC in more detail, if you need it.

That's how it worked for my Gears of War 3 Season Pass, I'm assuming it will be the same for my Borderlands 2 Season Pass as well.
