Gears of War 3 Profile Ban [HELP?]

So I have been banned on Gears 3 for years now, and that was for modding, I was young and stupid at the time and didn't think or care of the result of what I did.

Ever since, I have really missed playing online in Horde and Beast mode with random people, ranking up, earning things, unlocking levels in Horde etc.

If I had a time machine I would stop myself from doing what I did, and I am really sorry for that.

I'm reaching out to the people of the Xbox team, to see if they could lift my ban on the game please, and at the cost of everything been reset, my rank back to 0, all of the character and weapon skins [except for the ones I earned in the beta and preordered
code ones please], this is something I am more then happy to accept to have the benefit of playing online again please.

I am also willing to pay to be unbanned.

Banned

He is correct. i just checked your profile. However, that would not earn a Gears 3 ban. only a Gears 2 ban.

Actually it seems that Microsoft providers the servers and bans (they are the publisher after all) on Gears of War. Bans of this type are permanent but profile specific. Your only option would be to create a new gamertag and subscribe that to Gold. You
would also need to re-purchase any DLC (map packs) as playing on ones purchased from a banned profile will result in the new profile being banned too.

Not positive but I think you have to go the game's site to get reinstated. Personally, I think everybody makes mistakes and if you have been in Gears prison for years maybe you deserve a break.

I did go to the Gears of War website and posted a topic like this but they said something like they have no control of accounts of the servers and that I would have to contact Microsoft Studios since they are part of the game as you in the game's intro scenes.
And since Epic Games has now been disbanded [R.I.P], The Coalition have no control of the running of the older game titles because they don't have the tools that Epic used.

So I'm hoping if Microsoft can see if I deserve a second chance, I have learnt my lesson.

So as of now I think everyone knows that if you get banned from Gears of War 3, you most likely get console banned from Gears of War 3 as well. Here's a method on how to be able to use your other accounts on Gears of War 3 on the same Xbox again.

Steps:

Go to System Settings
Click Initial Setup
Play Gears of War 3 on your other profiles

You will have to set your console settings again if you do this. If your console gets banned from their servers again, do the steps again.

Your profile is flagged and every console you sign into that account with while connected to the internet will be banned from playing Gears of War 3 online. This simply allows other profiles on that console that weren't banned to be able to play online again.
They don't console ban you from the server, it's just the profile you modded. I've been banned multiple times from the servers all on the same Xbox. You wont be banned again unless you mod again.
