Gears of War 3 Pre Paid code not working

Hi

I recentley conacted Xbox Support Team due to an error on my code to be redeemed the reference number of the chat is 1348193703. My error is once I hit confirm to get gears of war 3 an error pops something went wrong. But my other codes for Gears of war
1 2 and judgement worked fine. I tried to redeem it online and console and still no luck. I am hoping to replace my code with a new one.

got all the codes of the Gears of War games, but my Gears of War 3 code isn't working. replacement code not working either.

 

Missing content from the gears of war 4 pre-order

Hello,

I pre-ordered the gears of war 4 pack and received the codes for gears of war 2 & 3 but have not yet received the code for gears of war 1.

Please could you re-send the code for Gears of War 1 as this is missing from the pre-order collection?

What error code do you see when you try redeeming the code?

That means it's a region issue. If your account region and your physical location don't match, or you live in a region where the game is not available, you'll run into that issue.

 

Ok but why the other codes such as gears of war 1 2 and judgement worked fine? I also tried to swith my region on the xbox one but it didnt help

 

Switching your console region isnt the same as your account region

Your account region must be changed on this website under my account and change my region

You must use your actual region

 

If you are in Germany or Japan it would still download the other gamrs

Gears 3 is banned in those regions

 

After you use the region migration tool you must update your console region to match

The region migration tool can only be used every 3months

 

A new code won't work either you must match your account region. To your physical location

If you are using unauthorized methods access us content thag would be why

They aren't 100%
