Gears of War 3 (Gears of War Deluxe Edition Bundle)

Having purchased Gears of War Deluxe Edition Bundle which included GOW Original, GOW 2, GOW 3 and GOW Judgement. I have been playing through them but upon playing GOW3 the achievements appear to unlock during the game as I progress but do not show on my
gamerscore or profile as having been unlocked. Even going into the Game Hub it states that I have unlocked 0 achievements.

Has anyone else had this issue?

Gears of war vs Gears of War Ultimate Edition

Is there any differences between Gears of War Xbox 360 version compared to Gears of War Ultimate Edition for the Xbox One? Because I just got my codes for gears of war, gears of war 2, gears of war 3, and gears of war judgement from microsoft for playing the gears of war ultimate edition and was wonder do I really need the 360 version of gears of war on my x1 since I done own the ultimate edition for the x1?

Yeah all achievements unlocked on GOW remastered and GOW2 without any problems. I don't have any problems unlocking achievements on other games just GOW3 at the moment. They do pop up when I'm playing as being unlocked and are viewable under the main menu
but just doesn't seem to register on my profile or within the game hub as the achievements being unlocked.
