Gears of War 3 DLC licensing issue

Gears of War judgement licensing issue

I got all the tokens for all the gears for playing the gears of War ultimate edition and it has been working fine up until about a week ago. Everytime I try to load the game it ask me if I own it and to put in the disc or purchase from the store. Already
called customer support and this is what they told me to do I guess I need a licensing code that he didnt have please help

 

Witcher 3 DLC install problems

Microsoft is having other issues with Witcher 3 licensing at this time which they are currently working on, it could be affecting your DLC licensing too.

I recommend holding until Microsoft confirm they have resolved the issue their side and then re-download your DLC.

Okay. I unlocked for items of DLC for use in Gears of War 3 through its Beta. They worked for me on my 360. Since playing Gears of War 3 via backwards compatibility on the Xbox one, I was not able to download the items. After going back on a 360, they had
disappeared from there also.

Sorry to hear the Beta skins are not showing up. Are you able to locate those skins in your 'Download history' on your Xbox 360 console? That should show everything that you own.

Additionally, do you own the Weapon Skin Collection - Launch Collection? On your Xbox One console: Highlight
the Gears of War 3 tile, press the menu button, and then select 'Manage game'. If you own that content, it should show up in the 'Ready to install' on that 'Manage game' screen. After that's downloaded, let us know if the beta skins are included in that.

If that does not work, try heading directly to
Flaming Gnasher Weapon Skin page to see if you're able to download that directly from the page.

The Beta skins aren't showing up in my download history anymore. I've had that problem before. All my Gears 2 DLC was lost, and I couldn't retrieve it. I do own the Launch Collection, but they're not in there as they are not purchaseable. I can't download
it from that page. It's all 4 flaming weapon skins and Thashball Cole by the way.

 

Can I get a resolution please?!

Apologies for the delayed reply! On your Xbox 360 console, do you still have the Gears of War 3 beta save file when you check your save files? If so, try

syncing that save to the cloud and launch Gears of War 3 on your Xbox One console to check if the skins appear. Be sure to check Gears of War 3's 'Manage game' screen to see if any additional content appears in 'Ready to install'.

If you do not have the Gears of War 3 beta save on your Xbox 360, unfortunately the skins will not work on the Xbox One. We are unable to provide this content if this is the case.
