Gears of War 3 Disconnecting me from Live on XB1 Upon Launch of Game

Downloaded digital copy from 360 Cloud onto my XB1.

When launching game, problems occurring before most-recent issue was that the game would launch, then tell me data would not be saved because no player profile was signed in...when indeed, I was signed in. I would have to go back to the Home Screen, and
manually Quit the game and re-launch it in order for it to work.

NOW, however---Every single time I launch Gears of War 3 on XB1, when the Microsoft Studios intro screen comes up, I get notified at the bottom of the screen that I've been disconnected from Xbox Live, and therefore am unable to play the
game. Have tried everything, including re-downloading the game after uninstalling it. Have contacted Microsoft Support over ten times. They say this is a known issue, and to report it here. Then to un-enroll from Preview Dashboard because of the issues it's
caused me with Live.

Lost gears of war add ons because i got banned

hello, back in early 2016 I was accused of "cheating" when I wasn't and was wondering if you could go on my old account "twistedlocut524". And pass on these add-ons to my "" account all add-ons are from gears of war 2 and 3 the game add-ons
from gears of war 2 is ; All Fronts. All game add-ons from gears of war 3 are ; Fenix Rising Map Pack, Forces of Nature Map Pack, Green Liquid Metal, RAAM'S Shadow: Pack 2, Horde Command Pack and the Weapon skin collection-launch collection.

*Please Note that all of these game add-ons were from my twistedlocut524 account and not my, account*

I really do hope you can help me and since i had all the DLC's on gears of war 3 does that mean i technically had the gears of war 3's season pass.

I see that you mentioned that you have uninstalled the game already so let's have you try a couple other things.

First, let's have you try clearing your Xbox 360 local storage on your Xbox One console. Start at your Xbox One dashboard:

• Open the Guide menu
• Scroll down to Settings
• Select all Settings
• Scroll down to System
• Navigate over to Storage
• Select "Clear local Xbox 360 storage"

If that doesn't help, the next thing I recommend trying is to
factory reset your Xbox One while keeping your games and apps.
