    Gears of War 3. Disappeared from my library.


    Game were installed on my Xbox One X, nearly a month ago I've tried to launch it and get 0x803F8001 error. Then the system throws me to the Xbox Marketplace to the game's page with two choices 1) to buy game once more: 2) to launch it (cause it was already
    installed on my system). Naturally first option is unacceptable. Choosing second option leads me to the error and once again to the marketplace.

    Talking with support gives nothing, I've tried all ways to fix problem - from unlog/restart console/log to factory reset, make console as my home console. Every advice internet have to offer to me. I'm even tried to buy game - marketplace gives a message
    that purchase were made but no money were taken from my credit card.

    Help...

    Gears of War 3 is still missing from Owned Games Library. I haven’t got a GamePass, though.

    Okay. I unlocked for items of DLC for use in Gears of War 3 through its Beta. They worked for me on my 360. Since playing Gears of War 3 via backwards compatibility on the Xbox one, I was not able to download the items. After going back on a 360, they had

    Gears 3, gears 2, gears 1 and judgment came with gears 4 as codes, so thy aren't in the order history. Only gears 3 has the problem. This is the gears forum, with many people having the same problem:

    It's a xbox store glitch or bug.

    You can start by contacting any local company that is in charge of costumer wellfare, cause in the past Microsoft never gaves us our games back (this is the third time Gears 3 disappears from my library), I sure as hell ain't going to buy the game again.
