Gears of War 3 De-ranked

Epic won't do much,my brother was de-ranked (Level 48) and they did nothing, they have a special area in their forums for it:forums.epicgames.com/.../415-Gears-of-War-3-Issues
i personally don't think they care

Hey Central, from what I've read on Epic's forums, Epic will reset users they've identified as modifying their game score or boosting in the game. However, if you're sure you haven't done either one of these things, then the score is likely the result of
the console powering down during a game. From what I've read, this can result in the console saving a 'wiped' score over the scores on the servers.

I'm not sure how this information is stored for this particular game - whether it is on your console or on the Xbox Live servers - but if it is stored on your console, you would need to have your original Xbox 360 console available in order to recover these
stats. Your saved games can only be accessed on Xbox One if they were stored to the cloud storage. You can transfer all previous save data from your Xbox 360 storage device to the cloud storage by following the instructions here:

support.xbox.com/.../cloud-save-games

Someone else may have better insights into this, but this could be the solution to your problem.

I have already contacted epic and they told me to go to www.microsoft.com/games I did and then I called 18004myxbox and they told me to post my problem on here
