Gears of war 3 code isn't working

i recieved the code to redeem gow 2, 3 and judgement. 2 and judgement code worked, but gow 3 code didn't work

got all the codes of the Gears of War games, but my Gears of War 3 code isn't working. replacement code not working either.

I have reported this three times now to Xbox Support Chat: I have not received correct codes for Gears 1 and Gears 3. I purchased the Gears 4 Ultimate Console and received working codes for Gears 2 and Judgement, but the codes for Gears 1 and 3 report a
region error. This isn't my problem, so sort it out please. Thanks.

Could you post back the exact error code you received when redeeming that code? We'll be able to assist further when we have all the details.

Hey, Alloc23! The error at the bottom indicates that you are running into a region problem.

You will want to make sure that your physical region and your account's region match to be able to redeem codes from us. You can do that by following the steps
here.

Are you making sure that you follow all the steps we linked you? That error would imply a region mismatch as Misses Quinzel said., For example if you were located in a country other than what you set your account and Xbox too then you would need to run through
the steps to correct that.

You have two options first use the region kigration tool sometimes region migrations need to be confirmed

Pleased check commerce.microsoft.com to confirm your region

Sometimes.its a good idea to use the too anywyss in case you got split billing

Remember console region isnt your account region if you are using something to gain access content you aren't supposed to you should turn that off as some people do that

For some reason that I dont know, without changing anything, I tried to redeem again and worked, after tried a lot of times during months... Anyway, thank you for the help

 

Then it's a latency between migrating which can take up to 30days
