Gears of War 3 code (Gears of War 4 promo) does not redeem.

Hello, I received my codes for the Gears of War collection . However the code for Gears of War 3 does not redeem. It keeps asking me to check my language settings or redeem it on the website.

This is strange because GOW Judgement worked perfectly. ( I can't redeem GOW 1 and 2 because I own them already). Regardless after chatting with Microsoft Support, I tried changing my locale, language and attempted to redeem the code on the website, as well
as on the Xbox mobile app. No luck with any of them.

I was then directed here, hope someone can help.

Gears of war 4 promo codes for other games 2 out of 4 not working.

Cannot redeem 2 of the 4 sent promo codes for gears of war 1 and gears of war 3. Gears of war 2 and gears of war judgement I have redeemed. Microsoft support said that they are redeemable only on xbox 360. I cannot redeem them on microsft webpage or on the
xone console.

Cant redeem all the codes of Gears of War 4

Cannot redeem code of Gears of War 1 and Gears of War 3

I got the Gears of War 4 with 4 codes for the titles

Gears of War 3

Gears of War Judgment

i managed to redeem only Gears of War 2 and Gears of War Judgment. Why?Cannot redeem code of Gears of War 1 and Gears of War 3

Not all of the Gears games are region locked which is why some will work and some won't. What region is your account set for and what region are you physical located in?

Hi, I did receive my 4 redeem codes, however the codes for the original gears of war and gears of war 3 did not work, and do not work until today, I always get the code Xbos-0X80150017.

The codes for gears of war 2 and judgement did work though.
