Gears of War 3 bug found on digital copy AND on cloud version

I've been in a conversation with Xbox tech support for about 2 hours now because I can't find a way to contact the Coalition or epic games. I just found a pretty serious bug in Gears of War 3 at the very beginning of the game. This tech support guy has had me try every trick in the book and he even asked me to send him a video so he could verify and he has in fact verified that there's a bug with this game that doesn't allow you to pick up weapons, ammo or specifically in the video games beginnings, picking up the fire extinguisher to be able to put out the fire and make it through the hallway. He says that he's going to have somebody test the game and get back to me but I'm really trying to find somebody that's closer in proximity to the coalition or higher up on the chain at Microsoft because I think that when Gears of War e day drops, so many people are going to be downloading the original games and playing through them before they play Gears of War e day and Xbox is going to have thousands of people reporting this issue long after I initially found it. If anybody has any contacts to any one of these organizations so I can speak directly to a developer or something I think this would help everybody out greatly.
