Gears of War 3 banned

About a year and a half ago I re-bought GoW3, including all of the DLC packages. Shortly after, my account was hacked (somehow) and my profile on Gears of War was modded, I removed as many as the mods as I could, but I could not reset my own rank, so I received
a ban. Out of frustration I sold the game, but just bought it back yesterday, low and behold I'm still banned. I put a lot of money into that game and all I'm looking to do is to be able to play multiplayer once again. I dont want my stats completely reset,
but reset back to where they were before my account was stolen. Xbox support said to post here, can anyone help??

Why Am I Banned From Gears Of War 2?

I don't understand why i am banned from gears of war 2. i did nothing to get banned. i never glitch. all i do is play the game and im only banned from Gears of War 2 only. also i am banned from gears of war 3 also but this is just a gears 2 forum. and when
i contact epic games they never give me a reason that i am banned all the say is "you are banned."

It could be that your gamertag has been banned from Gears of war 3.

You can try post your question on epic forum. Someone there can answer you if the GT you are using is banned or not.
