Hello, I own Gow2, but I don't have it in my ready to instal in my xone. I bought Gow ultimate edition. I got four reedem, other 3 games are in my ready to instal, exept gow2. can you help me, please. Thanks.

I checked your advise, but I can not still download GoW2. Im sure my region match with my physical location, I dont use cross region account and I was signed when I redeemed the code. It was at some time. Other 3 games are in my ready to instal, GoF2 not.

Please, try check your system somewhere must be bug. I own this game but I cant play it.

For your console settings, can you change your region from your current region to another region, and then set it back again after power cycling? We've seen that resolve some users.
