Gears of War 2 stops working when I load to the main menu

My gears of war 2 stops working when I load to the main menu. I tried to reinstall but it didn't help...

cant play gears of war 2 on my profile

yea gears 2 is the only game i cannot play and when im not signed in to my profile i can load to the main menu but freezes when im on my profile

 

Xbox 360 freezes on Call of Duty Black Ops 2

I just bought an Xbox 360 2 weeks ago, but it was working fine until now. When I load up Call of Duty Black Ops 2 multiplayer main menu it freezes. It doesnt freeze on any other games. What can I do?

Try clearing the console cache by holding down the power button for 10 secs and try again.

The problem is in my account, I launched the game from my wife's account and everything works correctly..... What is wrong with it?????????
