Gears Of War 2 problem

A have a problem. I would like to download Gears of War 2 but I get, the next message. What is the problem? Please help. I have live subscription and I registered two bankcards. Thank You!

It's a problem because I can't download the game. If a would like to add a new card i can't add because the site only add US card but i live in Hungary and my region is Hungary too.

Yes, this was the problem. For some reason I have a US paymanet profile (I can't delete) and on xbox site this profile is the primary.I fail to see why. I add a paypal account to my US profile and now it's work.
