Gears of war 2 not working for me on Xbox One

    2 Gears of War codes not working

    Got my deep blue Xbox one s bundle with a copy of the Gears of war 4 game disc, inside the disc case there is a coupon with 4 codes for the Gears of War games, I was able to redeem 2 of them Gears of war Judgement and Gears of War 2 however, the code for
    Gears of war 1 and Gears of war 3 are not working. Already tried on a friends 360, xbox one s and through the app and web site. Support told me to post it here for further assistance. Please Help

    Is there a specific error code? Does it just not boot up? Give us some specifics and we might be able to help a bit more.
