Gears of war 2 Not present on Ready to install list

I purchase Gears of war Ultimate edition last year and redeem all codes for 360 gears versions (GoW1, GoW2, GoW3, GoW judgmen). I am unable install GoW 2 because is not present in ready to install list in ma XOne console. when I look in xbox 360 marketplace
to GoW2 a see state "Already purchased". I contact support he checked redeem codes and everything looks fine. Then i remove my account from XOne a readd it but with no luck GoW2 is still not present in list.

I am also having a similar issue, but with one title.

I have access to Gears of War, Gears of War 3 and Judgement, but Gears of War 2 is not on the "Ready to Install" list.

 

Gears of War 4 and Halo 5: Guardians Bundle - Cant't install GoW4.

Hi! 18-nov-2017 I bought the pack with Gears of War 4 and Halo 5: Guardians Bundle (order id - 1136359797). Today I want to install GoW4, but can't do it. When I decided to search for it in the Xbox store, it does not appear "purchased" below it, only the
current price. This game is not present in "Ready to install" list.

I moved this thread over to the proper Backwards Compatibility forum for better visibility.

Could you try switching your Xbox One console region to a different region to see if the game shows up in your 'Ready to install' list? I recommend switching it to either the United States or United Kingdom (just a couple examples, this won't be permanent).
To do so, follow these steps:

• From the Xbox One dashboard, scroll to the left to open the guide and select 'All settings'.
  
• Within the settings screen, scroll down to 'System' and select 'Language & location'.
  
• From here, try switching your region to either United States or United Kingdom to see if Gears of War 2 shows up in your 'Ready to install' list. (if your console is set to a region you're not located in, be sure to switch it to the region you're located
  in as well to see if Gears of War 2 shows up properly).
• If you see the game show up, go ahead and try installing from there. After installing, switch your region back to the region you're located in with the steps above.
