Gears of war 2 missing from my games list after redeeming the code

hi, ive bought the gears of war ultimate edition back there when it came out on my xbox1. recently ive recieved codes for all xbox360 gow games. redeemed them all, and all of them apeared in ready to install / games tab. except for gears of war 2.... looking
forwart to recieve help. : ) thanks a lot

Sorry to hear about the issue! Just to clarify, were you successfully able to redeem the Gears of War 2 code? Are you unable to see Gears 2 in your ready to install list after redeeming the code? Thanks!

Export RB1 songs now or later?

The twenty free DLC can be downloaded right away. The code that we get is the one you type directly into XBox Live on the Redeem Code section. (Like the Gears if War 2 map pack). There is no messing around with websites like the US versions.

Really sorry to hear you're having trouble. If you haven't already please try a quick power cycle on your console by holding down the power button for 10 seconds (or until your Xbox One shuts off) and power it back on. If the content still isn't showing
please remove your profile from the console and add it back.

If neither of those steps helped please head on over to our
Backward Compatibility troubleshooter and run through all the steps including the survey at the end. Thank you

If you purchase and redeem Gears of War 4 on Xbox One or Windows 10 between April 25, 2016, and December 31, 2016, or if you redeem a code for the game as part of a console bundle before December 31, 2016, you'll receive the following Xbox 360 backward-compatible
games:

Gears of War
Gears of War 2
Gears of War 3
Gears of War: Judgment

Gears of War 2 is not available in Germany.

These codes are only playable on Xbox 360 or Xbox One. They won't work on Windows 10.

Codes will be sent out in waves, so it may take a few days for you to receive your code once the campaign begins.

The codes will be sent directly to the
Xbox Message Center. After receiving the code, we strongly suggest that you save a copy. Messages are retained for a maximum of 30 days, after which they are automatically deleted.
