Gears of war 2 issues

GEARS OF WAR 2 FREEZEING ISSUES.

I really hope that microsoft and the gears of war developers see this message and sort this ongoing problem out.

Right here goes, I bought the Gears Of War 2 game from my local Tescos store when it was released for the Xbox 360 i had no issues with it on this console, then the xbox one came out so i upgraded to this console. I was very excited when the backwards compatability
was released for the game so i installed it on my xbox one, i managed to play it for a few months before it started to freeze upon loading and have not been able to play the game since.

I have been intouch with Microsoft Support a hell of a number of time of which all the say is do a full reset of the xbox one console and remove gametags i did as they said and after roughtly 120 times of resetting my console in 1 month my console ended
up braking with a game inside it (please be warned if this happened to me it could happen to you too if the console is reset way to many times in a month).

I have now bought the new Xbox One S console (brand new) i bought the Gears of war 4 game (New) and found the redeem codes inside for all the other Gears Of war Games including number 2, I have used the redeem codes on my gametag and downloaded the games.

I have since had to contact Microsoft Support yet again as now none of the games i downloaded work (from the redeem codes), i was then told that the redeem codes have not been used on my gametag but yes they have as they have downloaded on MY console.

As you can tell i am not happy at all Microsoft Support are a waste of time and energy the people you speak with have absolutly no idea what they are doing.

GEARS OF WAR 2 DOES NOT WORK IT IS STILL AVAILABLE TO DOWNLOAD FROM THE STORE AT ROUGHTLY £15 AND THERE IS FREE DOWNLOAD CODE IN THE GEARS OF WAR 4 GAME CASE PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS GAME. IT NEEDS A MAJOR UPDATE OF WHICH I WAS TOLD BY MICROSOFT
THEMSELVES THAT THIS WILL NEVER HAPPEN!!!!

THE GEARS OF WAR DEVELOPERS NEED TO SORT THIS ISSUE OUT INSTEAD OF TRYING TO PERFECT GEARS OF WAR 4, AND PLEASE DONT GET ME STARTED ON THAT GAME EITHER. SERVER ISSUES CHARACTERS JUMPING ABOUT WHILST TRYING TO PLAY, I EVEN HAD THE SAME BOSS IN EVERY WAVE
ON HORDE MODE.

WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. GET SERIOUS GUYS AND GET IT SORTED FOR THE FANS AND PLAYERS OF THESE GAMES.
