Gears of War 2 freezing

I tried to play Gears of War 2 and it is not possible. my game freezes in the menu when I try to log in my profile. Anybody can help me?

I already deleted my account, my saves and everything. I even restart console to default and nothing.

Game isn't working.

Please support, help.

Gears of War 2 freezing

Everytime I launch Gears 2, whether it be on the xbox one or 360, it freezes at the same place every time, the main menu screen. I've tried the digitally downloaded copy of the game and the disc itself, same thing happens every time. I contacted customer
support and we attempted as much troubleshooting as was possible for the issue, and it still cannot be resolved. We deleted the cloud saves and much more however it did not seem to help, I have reason to suspect that the issue might be the game seeking to
restart my multiplayer stats and rank. I do not have a problem with this, I would only like to play the game again.

did not matter where I live.

but ok I live in Brazil, it worked perfetcly till some moment it stopped to work when I log my account.

The game was offered in games with gold in Brazil too.

My xbox 360 is original. I never used cheats. I always played straight. And I checked in forums and a lot of people are getting this kind of problem and it is not connection and it is not region.

"shootemup125" have the same problem and I bet he doesnt live here. In another topic some guy told me this is a current problem in gears of war 2. I think these producers are a band of noobs that doesnt make a worth game, doesnt fix their own games. I paid
for GOLD. I got the game. I have the right to play. I want that. I suppose to...

It's a common problem with Gears 2. This happened on the 360 also.

 

Yeah. I did notice some others with same problem....

And what can we do to solve that???

I have the same issue Xbox team tried troubleshooting it but it was no help.

Then they ended up saying its a known issue for the game and we just have to wait for a patch to be released.

The best part is that there is not date for that patch.
