Gears of War 2 Freezing

I tried to play Gears of War 2 when I get it from Games with Gold last month.

And I can't. The game is freezing when I try to log in game.

I did tried already all the other possibilitys in support like deleting account and saves, download again, reinstal the game and nothing. Nothing works.

Please is there someone who can help me with this?

Gears of War 2 freezing

Everytime I launch Gears 2, whether it be on the xbox one or 360, it freezes at the same place every time, the main menu screen. I've tried the digitally downloaded copy of the game and the disc itself, same thing happens every time. I contacted customer
support and we attempted as much troubleshooting as was possible for the issue, and it still cannot be resolved. We deleted the cloud saves and much more however it did not seem to help, I have reason to suspect that the issue might be the game seeking to
restart my multiplayer stats and rank. I do not have a problem with this, I would only like to play the game again.

Sorry to hear it. Which console are you using (FAT, S or E) and what size hard drive is on the console?

Please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that helps.

 

I did all the possible solutions in my xone.

The game isnt working on both xbox one and xbox360.

Game problem or my account problem. Not my xbox.

Hello. Does it matter? I paid for it. Im from brazil and my gamertag too. And there is a lot here playing this game.

I never played online ot maybe once. But i just wanna do the campaign achievements and i cannot.

i have the same problem,because my gears of war 2 keeps freezing up when i hit the start button and when i was connecting to gears of war 2 it froze i tried everything and it didn't work don't know what to do

 

Actually, Devil, it does matter. If your profile region did not match your physical location, that could cause issues with the games that you play. Onyx was asking a necessary question in an effort to help determine the cause of your issue.

but ok I live in Brazil, it worked perfetcly till some moment it stopped to work when I log my account.

The game was offered in games with gold in Brazil too.

My xbox 360 is original. I never used cheats. I always played straight. And I checked in forums and a lot of people are getting this kind of problem and it is not connection and it is not region.

"shootemup125" have the same problem and I bet he doesnt live here. In another topic some guy told me this is a current problem in gears of war 2. I think these producers are a band of noobs that doesnt make a worth game, doesnt fix their own games. I paid
for GOLD. I got the game. I have the right to play. I want that. I suppose to...

 

Epic Games, The Coalition (or whatever their names) doesn't do anything about it?

What about giving me another game with gold since I cannot play this one?

What about giving my money back since I cannot play GoW2???

Have you tried power cycling your console by holding the power button for 10 seconds?

Do you have an external hard drive attached with the game downloaded to it?

 

I had the same Issue with my xbox 360 and with my Xbox one.

Frome day to another the game freezes in the main menu,360 and one.

I started it with a second profile and it worked.

I deleted my profile and redownloaded it, but it did not work too.
