Gears of War 2 freezing issue(for one account)

Hello,

I am facing issue on xbox one S, with Gears of War 2. Game is freezing everytime when my account is joined to the game. With another user account game works fine.

Procedures already tried:

- deleted all saved games for xbox 360 games in storage

- account was removed from xbox console

- game was completely uninstalled

- console was restarted to factory defaults

Can you please help me how could I fix this issue ? Thank you very much for any kind of help

Sorry to hear it. It could be a corruption in the tag itself. Try the steps listed at the link below to remove then re-add the tag from the backwards compatible side to see if that helps

No it is not gamertag issue. I am playing the game with my brother, its his profile with gamertag Hestertablis which has the issue after log in. I dont receive any system message, game freezes all the time when he Logged in to the game. It is the issue known
for about 10 years already, I saw in the forums that this kind of issue is present since xbox 360. So I am asking can you help me with this issue ? Was it fixed after 10 years ? It is obviously some issue with profile, but not with gamertag.

Hello once again onyxishere, I created for my brother another account for Gears of War 2, we played around 2 hours and another account was stucked. Same issue as previous account, so yes now I have 2 xbox accounts frozen. Can you please provide me solution
for this issue as soon as possible ? I was buying concole, all games to avoid this kind of errors, whats wrong with microsoft ? If you will not provide any solution, I will have to ask money back for this xbox one S, as microsoft sells not functional console
on the market.
