Gears of War 2 freezes and now freezes every time.

Hello!

We locally played together (A + AliHams) Gears of War 2 (Half Screen mode) on Xbox One (digital version from Xbox 360). The game froze, and the sound buzzes. The game was downloaded again, the local data was deleted. It does not help at all - the
game freezes and buzzes only on AliHams account.

Please help.

Gears of Wars 2 freezy on Co-op Splitscreen

I was trying play Gears of Wars 2 in co-op Splitscreen and the game get freeze when I login in the second profile. In single-player mode, the game works fine, but freeze every time that has 2 profiles connected. Other games, like Gears of Wars 3, everything
is OK.

Uninstall the game fully.

Power cycle the console by holding down the power button for 5 secs or until it turns off.

Restart the console and reinstall the game.

 

Already tried. It freezes only with the player "AliHams", the rest on the same console is no problem.

 

So, I can remove the game from the hard drive, I can remove the reserved ones under the save of 10 MB, but I can not delete the save from the cloud.

Therefore, I think this problem is a problem of the console, Microsoft's negligence.
They were obsessed with their own security, that they forgot to protect users from their paranoia!
