    Gears of War 2 don't start


    Hi,

    I purchased Gears Of War 2 (with a German xbox-live account). I also activated the product key in the store and downloaded the game. When I want to start the game I can only go to the store or cancle the error message (0x803f8001). In the store the game
    is installed and I can only choose the play button with the same result. I don't know how to start the game please help me.

    i have the same problem,because my gears of war 2 keeps freezing up when i hit the start button and when i was connecting to gears of war 2 it froze i tried everything and it didn't work don't know what to do

    i thought we where suppose to get all the 360 gears of wars with the ultimate edition

    I'd love to replay Gears of War 2 again. That was easily the best I thought, Gears of War 3 is a close second. The first Gears of War is great but just not as amazing the 2 and 3. Just started playing Judgement...ummm, yeah not nearly as good. Well, hopefully
    we get a remastered 2 and 3.

    Anyways, I was able to download the other games for free except for Gears of War 2.

    Anyone else have the same problem?

    The Golden Lancer in Gears of War 3 can only be obtained by 2 methods.

    1. As part of the Limited Edition of Gears of War 2. All who had it in Gears of War 2 will have it in Gears of War 3.

    2. The second way to obtain the Gold Lancer is to get the "Veteran Gear" Achievement in Gears of War 2.

    Do you own the Limited Edition of Gears of War 2 or have the "Veteran Gear" Achievement in Gears of War 2?
