Gears of War 2- Digital copy

Good day Microsoft team,

Issue 1 - Gears of War 2

I purchased the Gears of War 2 as a digital copy a few weeks ago. Now when I try to launch the game, its constantly stuck on "Network Settings are being updated". I tried several options such as uninstall and re-install the game but to no avail.

Issue 2 - Call of Duty: WWII

When I try to rename my classes, I get the message "Text Prohibited due to profanity". I am confused as the name I chose to rename my classes has absolutely no profane language whatsoever. I am changing the class name from "SMG
I" to "SMG II". What is profane in that?

Please help me fix the issues

As for your problems, please verify that your console NAT is not restricted or moderated as that can impact your capacity to connect to services and games.

Regarding your Call of Duty issue, SMG has a slang version where it is offensive, this however in this case it is moderated by the game publisher/developer, so you should try to use an alternative option.

There isn't an option to own two digital copies of a game on one account. If you received a disc version of Gears of War 4, you should be able to purchase a digital copy of it.

I know it’s an old promo i just never noticed the games missing until now

If i was unclear before my gears of war game that i got with my gears of war xbox isnt a physical copy its a digital copy

I dont understand. If it is a Physical copy then you have the game on the disc, so you just have to put the game in your console whenever you want to play. If you mean this because of the play anywhere, this only applies with digital copies, so you wont
be able to download the digital copy of halo wars 2 if you have a physical copy. That edition comes with halo wars 1 remaster as digital and halo wars 2 as physical.
