Gears of War 2 crashes on log in

Hi there!



I have played GOW2 with my brother on my X360 and now I was playing with my wife in my XOne, but last week the game crashes when she tries to log in.



That happens only with her profile, as second player or alone.



I reinstalled the game, deleted and downloaded her profile, changed the region of her account, but nothing work.



Is there someone who cares for couch co-op?



Please, help us!



We are in the last chapter of the campaign (which is the best of all gear until now).

My gears of war 2 keeps crashing when I load to the main menu it will always crash I've done every troubleshoot from Microsoft support still the same result I would love for a fix for this so I can go on with the campaign and continue the storylines.

Unfortunately, the back compatibility troubleshooting didn’t help to solve my problem (which I believe is a problem that occur with many more people that play couch co-op).

Regardless, I will answer the survey and maybe one day I will able to play and finish the GoW2 campaign with my wife.
