Gears of War 2 Crash Account Affected

Just did what you asked, sadly it didnt work. The game crashes only on my brother's account and always at the start up menu with the network trying to connect

I recently purchased my first ever Xbox, a Xbox one X Gears 5 limited edition which included all five games of the Gears of War series. Today my brothers account was affected by a bug and his account causes the game to crash and the sound gets stuck in shock.
Is there any fix for this issue? I have tried the fallowing

- uninstalling game and redownloading

- removed my brothers account

- powered off the console (disconnected from outlet)

- Powered back up

- reinstall the game and my brother's account

does it crash always at the same point or not? Does it crush only with his account?

I suggest you try with a factory reset (you can choose to keep your games & apps):

By any chance is your account an adult one and your brother's a child one ?

I am having the same issue. Ive tried all solutions but nothing works. It is happening on both Gears of War 3, Ramms Shadow and Gears of War Judgement. Not surprising it affects Judgement as well as they are both running the Gears 3 engine.

Gears of War 2 ran like a charm on Xbox One tho.

Some gamer pics are also unlocked in-games.

Some examples includes Gears of War 2, Pac Man, Doritos Crash Course, etc ...
