gears of war 2,3 and judgment refuses to work on my xbox one

Sorry to hear about the issue! Do normal Xbox One disc based games run into any similar issues? Let's start out with these following steps:

1. Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide.
   
   
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All settings.
4. Select System.
5. Select Storage, and then select Clear local Xbox 360 storage. After this, your Xbox One console will restart.

If you're experiencing the same issue using Xbox One disc games, it sounds like your Xbox One console disc drive may be starting to fail. I recommend starting the repair process via the
Online Service Center.

I have not received any of the gears of war codes I have gears of war 1 but not 2,3 & judgment. Please send me the codes I have been waiting forever.

I have 3 Codes:

"Gears of War", "Gears of War 3" and "Gears of War: Judgment".

I just tried to reenter the codes. The "Gears of War 3"-Code and "Gears of War: Judgment"-Code works!

Only the "Gears of War"-Code doesn't work.

I get these Message:
