Gears of war 1 and 3 redeemable codes not working since December

When I pre ordered Gears 4 Ultimate edition on my Xboxone and I was given promo codes for Gears 1, 2, 3 and judgment. Now I have been unable to redeem Gears 1 and 3 xbox live tells me there is an unexpected error and I should try again later since December
2015 and it still says the same thing when I try to redeem the codes till this moment.

Gears 2 code and Judgment went through fine, so its just Gears 1 and 3 are the only codes I am having this issue with.

Not sure please check the German link as I can't read the german

Weird because gears 2 codes were always redeemable as long as you had another region but that wouldn't help with gears 1 and 3

Gears ultimate got a rating that's why

Gears 1 was refused one

Gears 1 Code not found

Hi, I've purchased Gears 4 and just received my free Codes of Gears 1, 3 and Judgement. (No Gears 2 since I live in Germany) but when I try to redeem Gears 1, it says the code is not found. I even tried to redeem the code right out of my Xbox messages, but
still not working.

Can someone please look into that?

One of the main things that could be causing the issue redeeming codes is that your Xbox Live account region does not match your current physical location. Could you please double check that your >>regions
match appropriately<< and then try redeeming the codes again? If you encounter any error messages or codes , be sure you provide us with those so we can investigate a bit more. Error codes would resemble either XBOS-0000
or 0x00000000.

Same issue for me. I have been able to redeem codes for Gears of War 3 and Gears of War Judgement, but haven't been able to redeem Gears of War 1 and Gears of War 3. I also tried in microsoft.com/redeem with my Xbox associated account and didn't work either.

Could someone advise on how to proceed further?
