Gears of War 1 and 3 redeem codes not working

Ok so I managed to contact a Microsoft agent about this and he/she recommended I post something here. Here's the sitrep: I bought Gears of War 4 yesterday at a game store here in the Philippines brand new. I went to redeem the codes that came with the game
and strangely only gears 2 and judgement managed to push through, but 1 and 3 won't due to location issues. Help?

Gears 1 Code not found

Hi, I've purchased Gears 4 and just received my free Codes of Gears 1, 3 and Judgement. (No Gears 2 since I live in Germany) but when I try to redeem Gears 1, it says the code is not found. I even tried to redeem the code right out of my Xbox messages, but
still not working.

Can someone please look into that?

Reedem Gears of war

Hi,

I bought Gears of War 4. Then I received code to redeem previous versions of Gears Of War. Unfortunately I'm not able to redeem Gears of War 1, 3 and Judgment. Gears of War 2 is working fine.

I received following error code:

XBOS-3012

ef7e87d7-7d8f-4f14-83b8-d64b93be20b0

I tried redeem it from webside or on xbox one console.

yeah you arent going to be able to redeem them

Your account region must reflect your actual regionregion since you don't live in a xbox live region that's not possible

Anything else is a violation of the terms of useuse

I'm not sure why the rep didn't tell you that

Gears of war 1 and 3 are region locked as per the conditions of the promotion

Gears of war 2 and judgement aren't however you will continue to have issues as long as you are in an unsupported region

Especially on triple a xbox 360 games

Same issue for me. I have been able to redeem codes for Gears of War 3 and Gears of War Judgement, but haven't been able to redeem Gears of War 1 and Gears of War 3. I also tried in microsoft.com/redeem with my Xbox associated account and didn't work either.

Could someone advise on how to proceed further?

Hi, I did receive my 4 redeem codes, however the codes for the original gears of war and gears of war 3 did not work, and do not work until today, I always get the code Xbos-0X80150017.

The codes for gears of war 2 and judgement did work though.

UPDATE: tried to redeem the codes from a different account on the xbox and here are the results

-Codes for Gears of war 2 and judgment Works fine

-Codes for Gears of war 1 and 3 still dont work with the same error

checked the forums and found many have the same problem(GOW 2 and judgment works fine and GOW1, 3 do not), so i think it is a problem from microsoft side
