Gears of war 1 and 3 codes not working

Hello there need some help reedeming codes for my xbox one XBOS-3012

I have the problem , Gears of War 1 and 3 codes not working

 

code 1 and 3 not working

I got the 4 codes for the Gears of War collection that came free from purchasing Xbox One S 1TB Gears of War 4. But Gears of War 1 and Gears of War 3 codes are not working.

 

What region do you live in?

you need to match your account region and console and language region to your actual physical region

You can check it at commerc.microsoft.com

If you don't live in an Xbox live region nothing will workwork

Update Microsoft account if Moving to a New Country or Region

That error is normally a region mismatch error, as ngocphi suggested. To solve this, you will need to migrate your Xbox Live account region to the region you're
physically located in using our
Xbox Live Account Migration tool. If you're physically in a region that is not Xbox Live supported, unfortunately we are unable to further assist as there won't be a solution for that error.
