Gears of war 1 and 3 codes not working in Xbox ONE

Hi,

i have purshased gears of war 4 in xbox one which contains 4 codes for gears of war1,2,3 and judgement . I have tried each code and only the gears of war 2 and gears of war judgement worked, the others gave me an error about region or something similar,
my game is french by the way.

=> I tried, in my computer and my xbox one without success

can you fix me this problem, my account is ([Mod Removed]) ?

code 1 and 3 not working

I got the 4 codes for the Gears of War collection that came free from purchasing Xbox One S 1TB Gears of War 4. But Gears of War 1 and Gears of War 3 codes are not working.

It sounds like you possibly have a region mis-match as Gears of War 1 and 3 require that your Xbox Live account region matches your current physical location before redeeming. You may need to run your account through the
migration tool if this applies to you then try again.

The Xbox One S console comes with a download code for Gears 4, which should give you the online messages download codes for Gears 1-3.

The fine print on the console says that "to qualify [for Gears of War, Gears of War 2, Gears of War 3 and Gears of War: Judgment] purchase and play Gears of War 4 on Xbox Live by 31 December 2016. Must be 17+" -- Have you played Gears 4 on Xbox Live yet?

Same issue for me. I have been able to redeem codes for Gears of War 3 and Gears of War Judgement, but haven't been able to redeem Gears of War 1 and Gears of War 3. I also tried in microsoft.com/redeem with my Xbox associated account and didn't work either.

Could someone advise on how to proceed further?

I have same issue. Bought the Xbox One S bundle with GoW4 1TB. I got the codes last night. Codes for Gears of War and Gears of War 3 didn't work.

This seems no longer to be true.

Games purchased from other regions will play if physical disk, but any connected download codes will not work.

There are issues for example with the Gears of War 1-3 codes (included with Gears of War collection) and the Fallout 3 codes (that came with Fallout 4).

i use codes but the codes for "gears of war 3 and 1" just dont work! what should i do?
