Gears of war 1 and 3 codes don't work

Hello,

Xbox customer support sent me to this forum because they couldn't sort out the problem,

I received the codes for gears of war 1 - 4 because I bought the ultimate edition, but I get an error when redeemind gears 1 and 3, while 2 and judgment work just fine, can you help me with this problem?

so i finally got my gears of war 1,2,3 and judgement from purchasing gears 4 and gears 1 and 2 counted as 2 codes and the gears of war 2 download didnt work but i got the gears 3 and judgement to work.. but gears 1 and 2 counted as 1 code and gears 2 code
didnt work. says already redeemed **** is this?.

Yeah,I'm having the same problem,the codes for gow 2,3 and judgement work fine but the code for how 1 keeps saying something went wrong and a code saying xbos-4000 support sent kechere as they say the code is active and can't figure out what's wrong

 

How = how and kechere = sent me. I have no idea what happened there stupid tablet

I tried to change the region code to PT-PT and UK to redeem both games but none worked

Your account region must reflect your actual region

If you don't live in an xbox live region it won't work

 

Thanks ngocphi, I migrated my account from Portugal to UK, and was able to download the remaning games

 

How did you get your codes? Misses Quizzel I bought the game on December 26 and have not received any codes. Is there an alternate way to get these codes if we haven't yet?

 

You must play online before the end of last year if you didn't then you've don't get the codes

 

Hello, I never received my codes for GoW one and two, but 3 and Judgement are in my library. I played it before the deadline and everything. Any chance I could get some help getting my code(s)?

 

Well there having problems with the codes they sent me here they would have this fixed as fast as possble. I have not even got my codes yet. So hopefully they send them some time this week.
