Gears of War 1 and 3 codes doesn't work

Can't redeem codes for GoW 1 and 3. GoW 2 and Judgment works fine. My gamer tag is ( [Mod Removed - Please do not post personal information] ). When I try on Xbox One it says: "You can't acquire this item in your currently selected
language. Change your language region in Settings or go to microsoft.com//redeem." But when I go on that page and try redeem there, it says: "Give it another try. If this happens again, let us know by entering the code below at xbox.com/errorhelp so we can
investigate." Please help.

My Codes doesn't work

I have bought gears of war 4 and only now i noticed the gift of the codes of Gears of war 2, gears of war 3 and judgment but when i try to activate only Gears of war 1 works, the other 3 doesn't work.

It tells me "This code is already being used" but i didn't!

What can i do?

 

Fallout 3 code

I received my Fallout 3 code on Oct 28 and after the update it doesn't work. Im in Japan right now so maybe thats the issue, however I had no problem downloading Gears of War 2 and Judgment but I cant download Gears 1 and Gears 3

It doesn't work. Same error on Xbox One. I'm from Croatia and I have UK location because there's no Croatia. How can I use those codes?
