Gears of War 1 & 3 Redeem codes don't work

Hi,

My redeem code for the above games haven't work since I got them with GoW Ultimate Edition. GoW 2 & Judgement works. Please help.

I get the following message:

My redeem code don't work for Gears Of War 1 & 3.

Are you trying to redeem the code through your console or the
website?

 

The most common reason for those two games and not the other games to fail is usually because of an issue with your region

Your account region must reflect your actual region

You must change this under my account and change my region

If you do not live in an xbox live region or live in China japan or Germany the codes won't work

Sorry to hear about the issue. As ngocphi advised above, this sounds like a possible region mis-match. Does your Xbox Live account region match your current physical region? If not, you will want to

change the region of your account and try redeeming the content again.
