gears of war 1.2.3 codes from xbox live message error when redeemed

hello

i recived gow 1.2.3 from the xbox live messages.

all the 3 codes does not work,

i talked to microsoft support, they sent me here to get reolacment for the codes.

Received Codes from Xbox Live for Gears of War 1, 2, 3, & Judgement, some don't work

Received a message from Xbox Live shortly after I redeemed Gears 4 UE with codes for BC versions of Gears 1-3 & Gears Judgement, the codes for Gears 2 & Judgement redeemed normally but the others give me an error when I try to redeem them.

Any chance I can get new codes for them?

I got a message on xbox live last year with Gears of Wars 1.2.3 and judgment codes, I typed the codes today and the message went missing, I just used one of the codes

supported and can cause issues with redemption.

the error code is 80150017

the region is middle east -israel

and i have xbox one not xbox 360
