Gears 5 won’t start

Is anyone else having the problem where you download Gears 5 on the Game Pass and when you try to start it says “You’re too early” “We know you really want to get started, but you’ll have to wait a bit longer. Check Microsoft Store for the launch date” it
was released 2 days ago. Why can’t I play?

It's been like that for me for days . So no early access for me . Hope it will work today 👍

I have the ultimate game pass. I cant get past the start up screen... it crashes when i press A to play. Ive rebooted my xbox, reset it, deleted my account, and unistalled then reinstalled the game

It only went live to be pre-installed by everyone else and available for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate users. Those users are allowed to play the game up to 4 days early. Everyone else can pre-install it but has to wait until its official release date which is
the 10th, as previously stated.

Promotions like this are actually very common.
