Gears 5 white sparkles around character

On my series x I've noticed while running in certain textures in the DLC Hivebusters theres will be these tiny white sparkles outlining my character as I run through the texture. I also noticed the same white sparkles in some cut scenes in the Gears 5 campaign Act 4, especially noticeable on the armor and the backing up truck. I didn't notice it in other playthroughs I watched online. Does this look like a console problem or something in the game? Below are videos of the issues I described.

Gears 5 seems to be quite problematic when it comes to next-gen consoles so it could be the game itself. If it only happens in this game, then it points to the game...if it happens in others, then it may be pointing to a console issue. I would say, looking at the videos, I'd guess at it being the game

Hi. Skyrim can have some texture problems when it is installed to hard drive because of "dynamic textures".

Try to play the games without instaling them to hdd and look if it will make some difference.

Have you tried a different HDMI cable? Also, take a look at this:

Okay folks, I tried clearing the cache and profile, and I tried using the composite video cable instead of HDMI, and the white texture sparkle is still there. I have previously tried running Skyrim off disc vs. HDD and it makes no difference, plus this
isn't limited to Skyrim. Any other ideas, or should I start a repair request?

I would suggest starting a repair request - over time the problem could get worse (also, back up your saves regularly on a USB stick!)
