1)GEARS 5 ULTIMATE HAS DLC AND CODES VERIFIED AT MICROSOFT STORE AS SUCCESSFULL

STILL DOES NOT DO SPELL CHECK IS USELESS.

2) cannot download paid dlc into content of gears 5 8.7 terabytes free.

3) do YOU UNDERSTAND, SUPPORT WEBSITE GAVE ME TICKET. Your request # 15287 has been received.

And nobody has replied since 9th of this month, due to system failed to email to me these tickets.

where do you folks see cmdralpha this is not my game tag

Great now forums is not secured, discover microsoft in forums changed my gametag without my permission, seems consistent nothing new as microsoft continues to have failed websites and failed support.xbox.com never responds, now add to the list is again
made by microsoft gearsofwar.com who never responds to ultimate purchase of gears 5 ultimate. As game developer i see no support or replies to bugs found and failed to download dlc for this game after following support guidelines to get it fixed. As others
point out chat mod dies 90 percent od time, returned phone calls die due to disconnected after being on hold, issues for years we have complained about and to this day never is fixed, amazing they are still in business on pc and xbox. So again people wake
up stop killing your internal company never replies to major issues, as you know early access of gears 5 ultimate is gone, now see by email, limited access support for gears 5 statement is not acceptable.

As directed and complied still no content in gears 5 ultimate, done these functions on day i got this disc from gamestop. All codes as you say was successfully redeemed by you and on phone call from microsoft and verfied in chat mod as well. Di go to gearsofwar.com
and filed a support ticket not heard from anyone,.

as advertized dlc was included in ultimate disc purchase codes verified, but no words as to why it is not dowloaded to my content.

All my 46 other games shows their content in those games, with 8.7terabytes of free space as, game developer for xbox, pc and other system, odd nothing from microsoft to download these dlc.
