    Gears 5 Ultimate Edition won't install on my xbox


    I picked up my gears 5 console last night. I used the code provided for Gears 5 UE it says code accepted then nothing. I tried to re-enter the code but says code already used I also checked my recent purchases it shows i submitted a code for Gears 5 UE.

    If i pre order the UE version of gears 5 with game pass, and i decide to buy the actual game later on, do i have to buy the ultimate edition or could i still get the standard one? - thanks

    I did not pre order using my credit, but i installed gears 5 ultimate edition in the microsoft store, how do i cancel that as in the store it does not show that the pre ordered gears 5 ultimate edition

    Do you mean the pack for Gears 5? You won't receive a code to redeem. The skins will be part of the Ultimate Edition of that game which is included with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
