the truth those awards are a show, the nominees have nothing in common, different genres, different gameplays, everything is different, for me neither DS nor control, deserve to be there do not bring anything new nor are they the best in something, gears
5, contributes more than them, 4k native 60fps stable, replayability, story (good)

Not a big fan of the game awards, but I do enjoy the new trailers so I tune in. Gears is a great game and I am sure they considered it.

There are a few games that I think are definitely worthy to be on that list, and there are a few games that are on that list that I wouldn't even consider to be on there. While I love the Gears franchise and I think Gears 5 is a good game I don't know
if it holds up against some of the games it has to contend with this year.
